That doesn't sound all that hard
Sonic 2's bosses are all pieces of cake IMO. From Sonic 1 the only difficult one i can think off the top of my head is the Labyrinth Zone one

most of them are really easy, but the labyrinth boss and that one boss with the floating platforms and the ceiling lazer are what i lost the most time on

I always assumed the design was deliberately that nearly every Sonic 2 boss can be cheesed to death

so taking 27 minutes is way too much time when every boss takes a few seconds, thus the rank F

this is about as fast as i can bother getting right nao
