Because a certain Rule 8 site decided to attempt their 9001st failraid on Heyuri, encountered the ProDefCh relaunch thread while doing so, and decided to attack them as well

As a result, ProDefCh's admin asked Heyuri mods to delete the thread, after which they seemingly closed the site

It's sad that teh relaunch got immediately pwned, but there's already more supply than demand for these types of sites, and it's not really feasible to run one as an individual
