arctic monkeys, audioslave (first album is best, the revelations, then out of exile), powerman5000 (I don't like their newer stuff), incubus (science was their best album and it's not even close, but they were pretty decent until light grenades)
I wish system of a down would get off their asses and write new music
I haven't listened to stone temple pilots in years but I remember liking them

Right now it's mostly Oasis and Nirvana, though i really like Jimi Hendrix too.
Have listened to every Talking Heads album up to Remain in Light. RiL is one i figure gets better after every relistening, but it didn't blow me away. New Wave just isn't my style
A shame too, because my favorite song of them is Psycho Killer, which proves they could pull off more rock-sounding stuff
