>>139871there's houjicha which is roasted green tea and there's also mugicha which is roasted barley tea (and has no caffeine). i don't make houjicha at home but i like it when i go out to places that serve it. i sometimes buy bottles of mugicha when i want something that tastes like tea but don't want the caffeine but i can't say i like it that much. sencha is the best as far as i'm concerned.
