Hamachi is for LAN. We use a dedicated server running with an option to let pirated accounts in.

To join just follow the guide I made in the other minecraft thread.

You shouldn't need it, the server is just set up to accept users who don't authenticate with Mojang's servers. So you can use authentic Minecraft too.

I logged on, walked around for a bit, stole some stuff from random chests, some guy logged on to tell me he's been smoking weed all day and then logged off, and then the server disconnected. Pretty fun experience altogether.
