I should stop. I usually only have one white monster in the morning on days when I need to work early, but I'm not actually sure how much it helps.
I do like the taste enough that I kind of wish there was a drink that tasted like it without the caffeine.

ive been drinking coffee since i was a child, i went on to energy drinks and then to caffeine pills, regularly do about 300 to 400mg a day and have once done 600mg, which can be a lethal dose for people with caffeine sensitivity.

it sounds like you have caffeine sensitivity so make sure to be careful and dont go past your limit. (´ー` )

my "worst" experience was with an energy drink which contain ephedra in the 00s, in those days it was not as regulated of a substance and it was in a few brands. I was up for 2 days and felt on the verge of a heart attack throughout, sweating to death, dancing to gabber. i look back on it fondly (´￢` )

I'm going on four, maybe five months now without energy drinks. They gave me terrible heart pain. No other symptoms like numbness just pain. Probably a sign from my body to stop narrowing the vessels that carry my life essence. Coffee did the same too. If I can avoid it, I will. But if someone offers me a coffee I probably wouldn't refuse. (´ー`)

I love them but I do try to limit them to like 3 times a month. the ones that make me feel dizzy and like I'm gonna die are the best ones though. I like the feeling!

caffeine never did anything noticeable for me, neither coffee or energy drinks, probably because i drink about two to four coffees every day

I drink about 4 cups of coffee each day then another almost drink a whole bottle of 1.5L pepsi ~a day.

i loved all the stupid and ugly graphic design on the cans back in the day, it was like a bootleg hardstyle cd you could drink. ヽ(´∇` )ノ I think the variety is still massive but the design direction has gone from "this is made in a chinese lab and might kill you" to "we're a respectable company supplying fit and active people"

Last time I checked, you could still buy Ephedra sinica on eBay by searching for it under its Chinese name "ma huang".

Ephedrine is pretty good shit honestly. I actually find it a little bit more euphoric and tingly than amphetamine, but it doesn't last as long and gives me a headache. I have heard of a few experiences like yours though, of it lasting a few days for some reason. Maybe some people are poor metabolizers?

Yeah I've wondered about that kind of thing too, like what kind of heavy metals it might be contaminated with. The brain damage and hallucinations from lead poisoning are just like an extra high though. More bang for your buck!

Of course pharmaceutical ephedrine is better, but it's not available here. Pseudoephedrine is, but I've found it has no stimulant effect.
