typical mcdonalds cheeseburger (not talking about big mac) is 300 calories, a large fry is 480 and a drink is like 200-something

thats about 1000 for one meal.

You can totally still eat mcdonalds and remain a normal weight, or even lose weight. ( ´ω`)
But the problem is that its junk you could probably eat more volume of healthy food for the same calories. My point is, if you can control yourself, there is no reason to sweat it about Ronald's Cuisine (´￢` )

no matter where you go on the Internet, you will find someone who lives a largely sedentary lifestyle complaining about fast food and being smug for some reason
