But is she a "Disney Princess"? Disney has some weird internal requirements as to what constitutes a Disney Princess. For example Eilonwy, Marian, Megara and Kida (the girl from Atlantis) may be princesses, but they are not Disney Princesses, so I don't know whether or not Star is a DISNEY princess, or just a regular princess (despite being owned by Disney)

On that note, Anastasia is now also a "Disney" princess, since Disney bought Fox

Anyway, I'll speak about 21st century Disney: Rapunzel from Tangled is pretty cute, but unfortunately she isn't a loli (not even "Lolita" in the same vein as Lum; though she's supposed to be ~18 despite very much seeming ~16, she's simply a naive romantic, not a Lolita). Of the new Disney films I feel Tangled was the last "good" one, with Frozen being only enjoyable for about the first 30 minutes or so, before Elsa runs away. Loli Elsa/Anna are extremely adorable, however, and are easily the best part of the film. The idea of a stoic loli Princess Elsa....
Otherwise I like Alice, Princess Eilonwy, Princess Ariel (not a loli), Princess Melody (Ariel's daughter; loli, but I'm only speaking of her design, since I haven't seen her film; the design can be a bit off-putting but after seeing a scene or two I'm inclined to just blame the low budget) and Wendy Darling. Jane Darling (Wendy's daughter) isn't a princess of course, but I had a huge crush on her mature-minded character as a boy; didn't care much for her "improvement" throughout the film which made her immature, or the film's plot which starts off interesting but quickly becomes lame. The film is unfortunately not very good, but arguably worth a watch just for Jane.
Also, Princess Sofia and friends, from Sofia the First. To my understanding, it was reasonably popular in Japan among girls, and if you give it a watch (unauthorized copy/stream, of course, don't give them money) it's easy to see why. Don't expect anything too amazing, though, especially as the show progresses.

That show would have been better if Nefcy got her way to make it a SoL comedy. If I remember correctly, she was supposed to be an annoying ~11-year-old chuuni that was the butt of jokes, rather than an annoying ~14-year-old perpetual-cuckquean alien (but the cuckqueaning was extremely amusing, I'll admit, and was ultimately why I gave it a try, but I would have watched it from the start if it was what it was supposed to be; the title is very stupid, and helped to drive me away, but makes a lot more sense in the context of a retarded middle-schooler's fantasies).
