This is why I developed a habit of pressing Ctrl+A Ctrl+C (Ctrl+C Ctrl+C Ctrl+C Ctrl+C) before hitting post

I do CTRL+A CTRL+X CTRL+V

i wrote a great thread but i forgot i got banned and when i pressed back it was all gone

i always copy before i send for that reason...

i wrote something for an hour, it got wiped
so i wrote it again for another hour
