I'm looking for a game that has the main character romance his sister but isn't entirely about incest. I find that I like romance arcs when they're subplots and not the main story, if that makes sense. Like Sora no Kiseki if the two MCs were actually related. Or corpse party. Thanks in advance.

I had to look it up because I haven't played it myself but there's a game that's popular lately called The Coffin of Andy and Leyley. The characters are brother and sister and are very close from what I gather. I don't know if they have sex in the game, but there is a LOT of rule 34 of them together.
