*Because this test is apparently optimistic and gives around 5 years younger than some others

>>114532I got 36... I'm 18... (maybe my laptop just can't produce the higher frequencies?)
>>114540im of similar age and got similar ratingidk
>>114545its probably soft/hardware thing, i looked online and a bunch of people are saying those higher frequencies cant get played (at least not from OP's website)
I thought I could do better than that/the test was kinda shit, but I opened up a DAW and generated a tone at the right frequency and yeah, I can't hear it even though it's showing up on teh spectrum analyzer luleverything below 16kHz, I could hear pretty well, but right at that threshold, nothingalso, looking into it, the .ogg file it plays for the test is recorded at 192kHzloaded it into my DAW and while it isn't absolutely perfect, it's good enough for the test looking at ityou might get slightly higher results than you should due to hearing some lower frequencies due to aliasing but that's it
I did a proper audiometry test a few years ago, and the doctor said that my hearing acuity is fine for my age. A test on a random web-site is obliviously inaccurate.
I thought my hearing had gone bad a little but apparently not
my hearing age is younger than I am ヽ(´∇`)ノ
