I have a lot of free time at the moment, but I can't get myself to focus on reading at home. So far, I think it's hard to read in a café with too much light and too much space between the tables, but it helps if you can get into a far corner. I find the library way too quiet to read in, so I definitely like for there to be some light chatter as background noise. Any thoughts?Marked for deletion (Old)

TO MUCH NOISE!
>>114271But the real people help distract me from my ghosts.
Also, having people see me read makes me feel like I look clever and literate, which makes me want to read more.
teh biggest issue is either way, nr.1: having to go outside.
>>114283You should go outside moar! Fresh air!!
my point is; not unnecessary on a weekend.
do how u liek, but I like to study like work 10 mins, take 3 mins break (eg. refresh heyuri after solving a math problem to see if there is a thread I want to reply to, o I'm doing it now) and I can't drool to lolis or LOL in public spaces. If I don't do that I get too bored and end up wasting my time

headphones and light jazz are all you neednothing distracting or complex, just something to tune out the world...
Headphone gets in the way!
