It isn't out because they just keep adding shit to it constantly so it is in a never ending cycle of new shit added and game never being "DONE".
The game is great if you like 3d platformers with guns like ratchet and clank.

i had to replay this game four times for i had to a system restore for my pc so i installed the mod on allofthefallen if you re going to play on insomniac difficulty just for the debug features

I've seen this game get recommended because it has cute lolis multiple times elsewhere, but it genuinely doesn't look great as a game in footage and I don't think the girls are that cute. (´人｀)
