I've been playing Puyo Puyo 2 and Dig Dug 2.I'm finally starting to be able to make decent combos in PP2, like 4-5 chains.I need more practice.Dig Dug 2 never gets talked about even though it's great. You have to sink the land into the sea to send the monsters into the abyss (which also gives you more points vs inflating them). Very strategic, very fun. I do wish it was easier to identify where grid tiles were sometimes, since you still have grid-aligned Dig Dug movement...I can make it up to stage 12 so far.Marked for deletion (Old)
I am on an anime-only break currently, but I'm planning to read other routes of some eroge I haven't completely completed sometime soon
I think I'm nearing the end of Ape Escape, it's just this one ape that's giving me hell I think it's required to progress too
>>109509shit, I actually remember struggling on this toocould not tell you off-hand how to get him
Black Souls II!Eroge aside, it's surprisingly difficult... I know it wears its Dark Souls inspiration on its sleeve (to the point some item names are identical, at least for the english patch), but I didn't expect an RPGMaker gemu to get anywhere near that kind of RAEG inducing level of gameplay that I know DS for. Kudos 2 teh dev for pulling that off. There's also a lot of choice of interactions too. Maybe I'll decide to do a raep everything route after I'm done playing through the game normally. (´¬`)
I tried Black Souls II years ago, but something I neglected doing led to some kind of bad end and couldn't bring myself to restart again I remember there was a zombie girl scene that I fapped really hard to, though. Or maybe that was in the first game?
>>109521probably second. there wasn't any zombie in the first.
>>109523I only vaguely recall this, but the zombie was in some city-ish placeAlso personally I liekd the first game better because of the ability to call girls to battle, which was the biggest reason I kept playing. Second game felt too ronery (;_;)
>>109524wait you can's select any companion in the second game? how the hell you deal with the hellish nightmare difficulty all alone?
I set up for my little brother a 2009 laptop running Windows XP miniOS. Installed the internet drivers, downloaded a browser and installed Plants Vs Zombies while at it. Been having a blast seeing him make the most irrational decisions possible and still managing to win somehow
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T_1Uy69p6rEGod, I wish I could be this good. Their stacking patterns are super weird, just these huge, but still very freeform looking combos. This is one of my absolute favorite pieces of tournament footage in any game. It's so cool. I'm still grinding out PP2 to get better but boy, this doesn't merely feel out of reach, this feels like it's in another galaxy. Alien superminds battling for supremacy, rather than mortal men of Earth.
