We will play DOOM on the next Saturday (15th), starting 18:00 UTC

To get the Doom port you need to join:
Install Doom from https://github.com/fabiangreffrath/crispy-doom/releases/download/crispy-doom-7.0/crispy-doom-7.0.0-win64.zip (or if you're on Linux, install it via sudo apt install crispy-doom or via the software manager) and the get iwads "The Ultimate Doom", "Doom II", "Plutonia" and "TNT" from https://github.com/Gaytes/iwad , and put them in the folder where you installed Doom
Alternatively, just get it with the necessary stuff pre-installed from here: https://up.heyuri.net/src/4203.7z (for Windows)

I was just about to! Run Crispy-Setup and go to "join internet game", then join the one called Heyuri. Players can only join a lobby, and will not be able to connect once the game has started.

One person connected, you're probably getting this because I have The Ultimate Doom .wad that I downloaded from a different source. I'll just shut down the server and start it again on Doom II instead and it should work.

I can't find anything online about the lag problem. My only guess is that perhaps it's because some people are playing with a capped framerate and others an uncapped one, or with vsync on or off, because when I was testing this by myself I noticed when I played with uncapped frame rate and vsync that it stuttery, though not laggy.

I'm going to rejoin a game and try that, and if that doesn't work ┐(ﾟ～ﾟ)┌

You guys could try playing Chocolate Doom through Doomseeker, maybe that would work? But Crispy Doom is a fork of Chocolate, so I don't know.

uncap framerate on and the frame limit to 35 fixes the lag for me. not sure if making all the other settings red has to do with it. but do that just in case anyway.

it was better, but still kinda choppy. Honestly, I think there was just a bad connection between all of the different clients. 1v1 ran ok, but it was slow with 4 people sweat3

I wanted to play 2kki together since the YN gaming day. It's my favorite between the two, though it is a lot larger than Nikki as to be expected from a fan-made sequel. I expect 9/10 of us to get lost immediately. ヽ(´∇`)ノ
