Vimm is ok, but they only have consoles and handhelds. Want anything on the computer side of things? Tough luck. Minerva is hit-or-miss. They have a lot of poorly seeded or dead torrents; if you're lucky, you can get what you're looking for.

also OP, in the future, i'd look for redump ROM collections on internet archive, just find an upload go to show files and then find the correct folder, ctrl+f for your desired game ヽ(´ー｀)ノ
