It depends on what platform you're looking for.
Your closest bet when it comes to console games would be something your country has banned but in all likelihood it's probably not something that objectionable in content matter (like, Mortal Kombat or something).
So your best bet is something for PC... idk where you're gonna look except something really niche. ┐(ﾟ～ﾟ)┌
If you're really just looking for fucked up content matter, idk, go play Demonophobia or Rapelay. There's also Sad Satan (lol), you've already heard of it I trust. Good luck finding the 'unclean' version. (＾Д^)

I've had Demonophobia on my radar for a while, never picked it up though. I already have Rapelay in a hard drive somewhere with the DX9 patch to fix framerate.
