Why don't you watch 7 hour """video""" """essays""" about movies for children?

If you don't like this drivel you are an anti intellectual.

"But this isn't intellectual, it's meaningless rambling!" - this is what anti-intellectualism is. This is what "intellectuals" have always done, talked and overanalyzed nonsense. It's just that over the decades we tend to look back positively on some of them.

Adolf Hitler (peace be upon him) and the Nazi's were anti-intellectual, anti-modern-art. You see, they were just dealing with the people of the day, who in modern times make video essays. But back then they were asking other stupid questions. Bah.
>>
The people who made such art were the theatre kids of their time.
People tend to dignify the past...

I dont understand! What is art? Art is the soul of the collective conscious of humanity. How can one be so uncreative? So cowardly in the face of humanity? The individual must die anyway. Beyond the life of the individual is the life of mankind. Bah. So many people have to sacrifice years for their art just for a few to besmirch the honour of so many!

You have to imagine what will become of essay writing in 10 years. between AI and video essays and their lobotomization of the english language, soon we will all be speaking like this. Pop therapy, pop psychology, pop whatever. You'll see! It won't be another year before you start seeing higher institutions begin talking like this. We have much more distance to sink!

What hurts me the most, personally, is that I myself spent years being derided for lack of creativity in my (literary) works. I even had what I thought was the privilege of visiting Oxford university. You won't believe what I saw! I can't even write of it here. I had set aside hundreds of euros to visit this supposed center of European intellectualism. I had prepared all sorts of things in anticipation of this visit. Today it smells and looks like an arab baazar and is as sophisticated as a middle school. Na. You mustn’t count your chickens before they’re hatched.

a hallmark of dunning-kruger r/science intellectualism is an admiration of complexity for sake of complexity, with no other goal than to fulfill a perversion of the mind. just intelligent enough to grasp abstract concepts but not intelligent enough to distill it down to its base elements. genius is in simplicity.
