In the future, a bio weapon developed by china is accidentally leaked across the world. its a highly infectious bacteria that only effects men (meant to be used on armies). It spreads across world killing most of the men, it does this by killing people with testosterone and androgens. 99% of men die. but a few thousand shotas around the world who are effeminate and weak survive due to insufficient biology for the bacteria to activate.

5 years from the disaster, the bacteria is still circulating in the air, so new male children still die. society has now reached a semi-industrial level after the ruins were rebuilt by girls. The MC was 9 years old when the disaster happened, and is now a early teenager. He has been selected by a special institute to be sent to a laboratory/university to teach the female students what boys were and how sex works. The students age from 13-18 and there are some teachers in 20s

There, MC is experimented upon and raped often by the girls, who treat him like in an inanimate object, keep him caged, and refer to him by "it".
