Most shootings are like that, interestingly most of them also come to the conclusion that the perpetrators are not "severely mentally ill" enough to warrant a motive of insanity, so they're somehow not insane yet would commit a mass shooting for no good reason

if it isn't clicking yet they absolutely know what's going on but won't tell us
