My earliest memory of the web was browsing some kind of Sonic fansite on my grandparents' PC in the late 90s, but I mainly remember using the web around 1999-2000 for cheat sites like Cheat Planet (and printing the pages off)

Around 2001-2002 I was really into Gorillaz and used to browse their site a lot, then got more into online gaming and forums around 2002-2003 (mainly MoH:AA and Vice City related) - mainly thanks to finally having dial-up at home instead of having to use it at family & friends' houses. I started using MSN Messenger and P2P filesharing (Kazaa Lite to begin with) around that time too

By 2003-2004 we had broadband, and I was frequenting the likes of FunnyJunk, various flash/shockwave sites, Habbo Hotel, etc.
