Well, I did pick up a few things on art but I'm not very skilled in digital drawing.

It's not quite clear to me what you mean. Where is the reflection in relation to the subject that you are describing?
By around, do you mean the reflection is from behind, such as if the subject were in front of a glass or mirror? Or, perhaps that the reflection is directly on the subject itself (pic related) like if it were a reflective surface? I'd recommend looking up "reflective surface tutorials" if you want those.
