French users seem to be especially inclined to be attention whores. The particularly irritating thing is that the focus of the attention they are looking for is the bare fact that they are French/that they speak French. They're not interesting at all but feel like they are.

-Pacific islanders

"One Chong Rule" also applies: there is always one mainland chinese or korean on each imageboard, no exceptions.
"No Jap Rule": no japanese anywhere ever besides japanese internet, if the post came from japan it was sent by any nationality except japanese.
