Discord requires disclosing either your phone number or your IP address to make an account, unless you know of a good (free) way to get around that. Heyuri has a Steam group but I've heard Steam requires you to buy something to be able to message people and use most social features, which discloses your payment info. Maybe there's a way around that I don't know about? Heyuri's MAL club would be better since MAL doesn't require any personal info and doesn't block most VPN servers.

I've been ban evading on that site forever. Just use a VPN like Mullvad and a spare e-mail. Never needed to verify an account with a phone number.
