If this shit ever comes to my country, I will actually start emailing pictures of my hairy asshole, complete with hemorrhoids, to the politicians and corporations who support it. I'll say "verify my asshole" - because there's no way an asshole that hairy and disgusting could belong to a child.

UK is probably banning VPNs soon
Some US states just recently banned VPNs

Go run a TOR node at home and come with me to the depths of digital anarchy

How much do you know about computars?
How much do you want to learn?
How much do you wish to sacrifice?
How many corrupt things are you willing to abandon and rebuild them with your own hands?
What are your goals and wishes?
I use clearnet solely for Heyuri, one other chan, youtube and occassional normie things like shopping online or email

And a PGP key...

In short: aim to own everything (this means open source everything). Do not depend on anything and anyone because stuff like licenses and subscriptions or your online accounts can be terminated and taken away at any moment for no reason "at our discretion". Do not rent stuff - own it. Big corpos are horrible landlords.

If something does not fulfill ALL your demands then avoid it. If it is physically possible that they could do something malicious then expect it sooner or later.

Linux and full open source stuffz would be a good start. If you need anything - ask and I will try to respond as good as I can. All questions are good. I can be your nanny if you wish to be free.

I tried sharing what I know here >>160956
I could attempt to finish everything I had listed but it takes so much time...

>aim to own everything (this means open source everything)
"Aim" is important here. Do not let a piece of software not being open source prevent you from doing the things you need/want to do with a computer. Krita is nice and all, but CSP blows it out of the water and my artistic output would be lower if I forced myself to use Krita. Apply this to your own endeavors

Also torrent everything. Fuck it.

Correct. It is generally fine as you have that demon in a nice virtual cage and it cannot escape

Thank you.
You mention using FOSS programs and supporting developers that meet your demands, but what do you do when the people around you (emphasis: people physically around where you live, not necessarily people you like) want you to use something else, and you cannot convince them? Even worse, they want to ban the use of anything but the software they use and threaten you with force.

You might say to ignore them, but they are persistent and increasingly successful in their goals to eliminate free software, and you feel that they WILL follow up on their threats (in fact, false positives haven't stopped them). You might say to run away and leave them behind, but their ideas spread and people like them are everywhere. Finally, you might say to inject lead, but their numbers are endless and their ability to manipulate laws is infinite. You would have a better chance of waging attritional warfare against a trillion ants.

TLDR: What do you do when ten thousand people living near you want to control the software you use, and they cannot be dissuaded by laws, dialogue or violence?

This is partially an obfuscation and partially literal, because of how Apple tried(?) to control device repair by legislation in the US.

You're on crack if you thing CSP is better than Krita :)
>>
>>163096
use linux with UI that looks identical to windows and make your FOSS software pretend to be gay software

aren't those just proposed laws in michigan and wisconsin that haven't passed (yet)?
>>
>>163096
Don't use their software/hardware until the situation improves. You have to be a living example of "I'm not using this. Not everyone has this technology". Just don't convince yourself that capitulating is "actually a smart move" or whatever.
