I decrypted the message! :biggrin:

Through a bit of guesswork and frequency analysis I found that each "word" here corresponds to a letter or space:

Prm.r => h
Rojap => e
Kcjyrp => l
Fabt.. => o
olaj. => (space)
etc.

the message reads "hello you have sucessfully decrypted this message".

Though I still don't know what the image is supposed to mean or what that clue is... :sweat2:

when anyone posts a pic of a plane, train, or sonic the hedgehog character I think that's just code for "I have autism"

Ah, I felt like I was missing something. I didn't know it was supposed to be decrypted into phonetic alphabet first. I skipped that and the caesar cipher, and somehow got the message directly by treating it as a substitution cipher where each word corresponds to a letter. :xd:

I still have a question. I see I can get something like "Romeo Oscar Victor Victor Yankee space..." by substituting the characters in the OP message like this:
" => q, . => e, : => z, < => w, > => e, a => a, b => n, c => i, d => h, e => d, f => y, g => u, j => c, k => v, l => p, m => m, n => l, o => s, p => r, q => x, r => o, t => k, u => f, x => b, y => t

How is this substitution determined? Is it based on a specific method, or is it arbitrary?

its based off typing dvorak on a qwerty keyboard. ive never seen that method used before so i decided to give it a shot.
