I have an English keyboard, but my native language uses the Latin alphabet plus a bunch of letters, which are just Latin letters with a mark on them

IMO, the easiest and most intuitive way to type them out is to just hold ralt while typing the regular letter. That way I don't have to change layouts, and I don't have to guess which letters are on which symbol(since I'm using an English keyboard)
