i think comic party is pretty good as well and its from the early 2000s. also this is more of an autobiography it's a manga called aoi hono, im kinda stumped here to be honest, nanako sos has references but its more sci-fi nothing alike to the ones you mentioned. but i hope you get better answers since i also want to find similar animes about otaku culture(´ー`)>

Otaku culture does not exist in the 20's

2020s otaku culture is interesting, because it's basically split. the old guard otaku like old anime, visual novels, moe, and such. they basically feel targeted because of new moral standards like anti-loli, posers who seek otaku as a status symbol, etc. you can see this feeling represented in magical destroyers. another 20s anime of old guard is 16bit sensation for visual novel otaku. the new otaku are interested in gacha/mobile games (though these are popular among old guard too), isekai, vtubers, and such. the recent movie chou kaguya-hime was a good representation of the new otaku culture, it is a more fantasy setting than the other titles in your list though. There are also a lot of people who overlap new and old or who have changed, this can be seen in isekai ojisan.
