Not usually. If I find myself skipping them, it usually means I've lost interest in the show itself and I'll drop it fairly soon.

I only ever watch completed shows. So why the heck would I watch a preview for an episode I’m about watch. I don’t want to spoil anything so I skip it.

i always skip - it feels as it will spoil teh next episode. Just as if you watch a movie trailer today - you more or less seen teh whole movie already.
