a buddy of mine convinced me to watch Akuyaku Reijou Tensei Ojisan (From Bureaucrat to Villainess)

it's pretty decent for the first episode if like 70% introduction, moderate amount of lols
the genki girl (pic related) is extremely cute
ojisan seems like a good fellow
I dunno if I'll carry on for the next 11 weeks, but it seems like it will remain decently enjoyable

OP here, I absolutely get the feeling that it is in fact targeting actual, literal ojisans.

I probably was going to give it a miss if an IRL friend of mine hadn't decided it was worth watching - he's usually not that bad when it comes to recs (he got me to watch Akiba Maid War which was pretty enjoyable)

I like the MC, he's a nice and honest, well meaning old man. And his fatherly (or motherly, in this case) attitude to the genki girl is warming to the heart. I went into it honestly expecting him to be a dirty old man groping his way through reincarnated life just from looking at the OP image, but this is a nice surprise. Not that I would have complained either way. xd

Well, that wraps up this... season? astonish

I was surprised that the story arc of ojisan stuck in a coma wasn't concluded and, at least for now, is trapped in the otome gemu world. I really thought this would be a one-off, but I take it they're gonna go further with this. Also, I'm probably not the only one who was expecting there to be a yuri ending between Anna and Grace/Kenzaburo. (＾Д^)
