Imagine you're unable to access Internet for 7 years straight starting tomorrow.

What mangas do you wish are in your very ooki storage now, and why do you choose to keep those?
>>
7 years-worth of manga I've never read before - so I can read stuff I've never read before for 7 years ヽ(´ー`)ノ

hm. got it, naturally, of course that would be one's choice. op here. in fact i'm just trying to see if other anons know of precious mangas i should check out.
i've the feeling, from seeing the way things are unfolding, that our precious internet might be locked and guarded by none of us here like in one of the coming years, and also by 2030 thing might look quite bad, i'm just saving precious stuff for myself in preparation for that, which is what i rec for all others reading this too.

and animes take larger space than mangas.

worst comes to worst there will always be our old computars and Tor Browser

I don't rly know a lot about manga, I would probably get around reading through VNs I've been procrastinating including all Key ones, which could be enough for 7 years :sweat2:

As for manga specifically, stuff whose anime plots diverged (eg. D.Gray-man, Claymore, Akame ga Kill!, Elfen Lied, Angel Beats!) comes to my mind. Or anime that skips manga arcs liek School Rumble, Fairy Tail(? - didn't watch new seasons yet), Hunter x Hunter, Soul Eater, Beelzebub, To rabu ru...

I will probably next read manga while watching Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai since I think the anime-version skips stuffz that are impr0tant for the plot :nagato:

i wouldnt have expected there are that much vns in existence to last 7 years

a cupboard it is then

>i wouldnt have expected there are that much vns in existence to last 7 years
Only going from notable Key ones,
Kanon takes 30 hours
AIR takes 30 hours
Clannad takes 80 hours (+ Tomoyo After take 14 hours) (+ Hikari Mimamoru Sakamichi de takes 7 hours)
Little Busters take 80 hours (+ Kud after takes 17 hours)
Rewrite+Fandisk takes 90 hours
Angel beats take 30 hours
Summer Pockets takes 50 hours
...Together that's liek 430 hours

Key aside, from my quick calculation, Yuzusoft ones take 530 hours

Nao add some more eroge from frontwing, SciADV series, standalone studio stuff like subahibi, u end up with enough VNs for few life cycles :sweat2:

mm. thats quite an info.
btw any idea why these stuffs often take like gigabytes each? i often wondered because i thought vns are like simple text + static repeated images, im curious what makes them quite bulky

I dunno for sure, but I think voice (if there is) occupies teh most space
>>
