Elfen Lied is a classic anime that a lot of us have voted for rewatching anyways, but it's about a murderous human experiment girl turned chii (or maybe puchiko, nyu), it also has plenty of guro, ZOMG BEWBZ, cute dogs... and a more srs side but this is the extend I should write here :nyaoo-closedeyes:
