>kaguya wasn't fully independent until the dissolution of kolyma which happened in july 2024, ans prior to then he still administrated under kuz's direction
No he didn't - kuz was still involved with the hosting side of things for a long time after stepping down, but he had nothing to do with the direction or moderation of the site (minus a brief period around Feb/March 2023 where he tried to re-insert himself - causing a lot of drama in the process - and then stepped away again)

>kuz simply retreated from public eye to help heyuri move from drama
That "drama" was all kuz-related and caused by himself. And the real reason he stepped down was because he was at odds with the userbase, had been neglecting Heyuri's moderation and development since mid-2021, and had become more interested in various other projects/sites he was involved with

>Also, including the akima era and downtime as "kuz" is.....
There was no "Akima era" - the hack lasted less than a day, and lolico swiftly closed the site indefinitely. Kuz (along with lolico and Akima) was a significant part of why everything imploded in the first place, and kuz was working on several non-lolico Heyuri reboot attempts immediately after lolico's closure. After those attempts failed, kuz was in support of letting Heyuri die and replacing it with SH until he was finally persuaded by users to bring Heyuri back again

Even if you take that period out, the "kuz era" still begins in December 2020 and ends in April 2022 - the most inactive and depressing time in Heyuri's history
