That's what /b/ is for. Take a good look at /j/ and you'll realize most thread wouldn't be out of tune in /b/. And that's my whole point, it's unnecesary at best and redundant at worst. there are good threads on /j/, i'm just saying it would be better if they were in the same place as the good threads on /b/ and /a/

At this point we're just adding boards for the sake of adding boards. Let's keep things simple and tidy, concentrated in two places at most, and let everything else exist because it falls out the normal imageboard format
