I agree with everything, including reducing the number of boards, except for merging the english and spanish random board. I think it would be awful to have the posts mixed together.

Also add a "leave if under 18" rule to your site. I know its a given but do it anyway, I saw a post from an obvious minor saying that they saw your site on a spacehey post and calling it a "fanmade version of 4chan", I think I died inside a little .
Don't promote your site on spacehey （⌒∇⌒ゞ）.
