With all due respect Moderator, I do think you both underestimate the positive influences of kolyma and overstate the negative ones. The period of decline in 2021 was probably due to a combination of factors such as board wars, burnout, and a general boredom people expressed with Heyuri - the kolyma system was far from perfect, and its perfectly clear it had flaws which is why it ceased to exist. Kaguya taking the reigns did indeed improve many aspects, but the influx of users has always been because of kolyma-era projects, even to this day. The period of inactivity was because of a lack of effort, which kaguya rejuvinated. But since his ascension no new major efforts have been made to expand heyuris usership rapidly.

Why doesn't kaguya buy more sites and direct users to heyuri.. where are the mass advertising campaigns? Where is the DRAMA, that made things so interesting?

Don't tell me, that kaguya is willing to confine heyuri to the fate of all small imageboards, which is a community which continues to feed off itself until the lack of newcomers turns it into a corpse... it's like feeding an animal its own shit. Eventually there will be no nutrients left
