also the italics part is from a lolico era newspost. lolico made other statements such as saying he wanted new users to not be "traditional imageboard stock" and that heyuri would raise a new generation of imageboard users who are uniquely indoctrinated to heyuris views

more importantly, lolico had a precious idea which todays lousy admins cant recognize: He rejected the doomsayers who viewed imageboards as a dying format that would never catch on with the young generation. He disregarded endless complaining about "n00bs like me" and sought to build from the ground up, a new generation of young imageboard users who would match and surpass the percieved golden era of imageboards back in the 2000s. Such a philosophy still exists today, but kaguyas policy is to wait for users to wander in, rather than the aggresively expansionist policies of lolico and kuz who actively shoved heyuri down everyones throats. Not afraid of backlash! This bold thinking is why this site even exists and is growing in an age where lesser sites are dying out.

Lolico seriously had the idea that Heyuri would grow to rival reddit and facebook. Such radical and unabashed thinking is commendable... it seems, that the new generation of leadership is not accepting of the masses, but scaring them away, by causing heyuri to retreat to an ever shrinking, and perverted, niche. The proliferation of pedophilia probably has seriously hindered heyuris growth and that also must be addressed.

All of this is a very serious stream of conscience.. I request a reply from kaguya himself and the opinions of the masses! (Though since I am a very old user of this website, my opinion is probably more important than yours)
