How does it fall under rule 8?

On face value it reads like a spam post if anything, though the inclusion of "VAIDS" (lol) makes me doubt that it wasn't written in jest.

Then again, the post IP doesn't have any other posts coming from it, so who knows. If memory serves, there's been spam that resembles it before. But it got replies with users having fun with it, so I didn't, and still don't, see a point in deleting it.
