If it's just a plain loli art/pr0n thread then it could be moved to /c/ or /l/, but the Move Thread function is currently b0rked until we upgrade the backend (hopefully in the near future)

I for one have long been bored as hell with the bajillions of pedo-related threads on Off-Topic per month, and I preferred it when it was a more LOLs-oriented board, but there's little I can do about it without banning half the users, site staff, and kaguya himself
