>it was added with your suggestion
At that time, I wasn't suggesting "cunny" get added to the Rule 8 examples list - I was explaining how certain British slang had been adopted by 4chan, much of which would fall under Rule 8 in certain contexts (but also much of which hasn't been commonplace on 4chan or anywhere else for many years at this point - it'd more damaging than helpful to list some of them on Heyuri)

I also wrote at some point about cunny being a normal (albeit childish) word for VAGINA that I'd even heard on mainstream UK TV 20+ years ago, and that's why I don't think it should be outright B&. In the context of referring to loli as "cunny" and users spamming "cute and funny" everywhere, that's closer to Rule 8 territory IMHO - but still, I wouldn't put it in the same category as soyjak spammer "culture"

Having too many terms in the Rule 8 examples list only causes one type of user to get overly wordpolice-y, and another type of user to intentionally use it as a "how 2 troll heyuri" recipe book. Optimally, I think it should contain just enough to convey the message that the usual lameness found in typical wojak/pepe-infused imageboards and retarded "anti-the-website-I'm-posting-on" behavior isn't welcome

>maybe it could be due a rewrite
A lot of the rules page has needed a rework for a long time, although it's hard to decide what to put instead - we'd have to be freaking lawyers to come up with something that covered every loophole and possibility for misinterpretation xd

>we could even remove emphasis on "old internet"
There was a time when every other post was a repost from macrochan or an old 4chan image collection, but that's several years behind us now. These days, it would perhaps be more accurate to describe Heyuri as having an emphasis on otaku interests, erotic images, and off-color humor biggrin

Howevar, I think it's still useful to tell n00bs that the internet of old is a core source of inspiration for the site
