Rule 8 shouldn't ever recede or become more lax with it's enforcement. I think what Kagy means is that in the far-off future there may come a day where certain rule 8 breaking phrases or memes are allowed to be posted, but I believe Heyuri should always stick to its original roots and philosophies no matter how much time passes or new people join.
