We've already had several iterations of a videogames board, and they were barely used each time

A "Japanese culture" board is pointless since Heyuri as a website is already about Japanese/otaku culture, and 4chan's /jp/ was a mistake that should not be copied

A NEET/hikki board is a terrible idea since the only things it can possibly contain are blogposts - largely of the angry/depressed/ronery/"no true Scotsman" varieties (see: the various iterations of /r9k/)
