I don't think those kinds of things should be stated and written in stone as if we're some kind of unquestionable authority on the matter (especially for things so minor), nor do I think it's going to be helpful or inspire anyone to actually follow what it says - in fact there will likely just be an increase in users intentionally going against the "advice" because it's being given to them in such an obnoxious way sweat2

I don't support any kind of "Official Heyuri Lexicon & Terminology: You Must Use It" project beyond what we already have in the rules - users will decide for themselves what they do or don't want to write, and JavaScript-enhanced word policing isn't going to help change their mind. At best, all you can do is offer your own thoughts/opinions/experiences, and - if a user is open to hearing you out and your points make sense - maybe they'll take it into consideration in future

This is exactly what I did back when digits-checking, greentext, "doremispeak", OP quotelinking, etc. were commonplace on Heyuri years ago - the topics got brought up by other users, I offered my thoughts and experiences in the threads, and then there was a near-absence of those things going forward - and I wasn't even a mod! I strongly believe that's the way to do it, if at all
