I think that would be annoying, and that a more humorous solution is preferable. I remember a long time ago 7chan wordfiltered "lol" to "shit in my mouth". It wasn't a fancy regex filter either so it backfired all the time, like turning "lolicon" into "shit in my mouthicon". 7chan had a delicious cake board at the time too so loli was frequently discussed. It was still more funny than annoying. The javascript warning sounds more like something a social media site does if your post contains something that might violate their ToS and make their advertisers angry.

Also, some words like "based" could be left unfiltered while other words that aren't as frequently used in non-new​faggian english like "seethe", "dilate" and "skibidi" could be filtered to things like "please rape my face".
