He might have waited out his 3-day ban but OP is otherwise a known ban evader. Janitors can give less benefit of doubt to PENIS posts for the next week or so. From then on only mods who can check IPs should ban, unless it's obvious from something else.

In short, go post PENISes somewhere else. Your ban will not expire, you may only post while hiding your identity anymore.
