You say it's all me (anonwaha), but 1. there are two "real mods" (not including kaguya) who use this capcode, and 2. more often than not I'm the one trying to get the other mods/janitors to be more lenient, explaining how XYZ is not a new thing, etc.

You've noted the KYM stuff for example - I largely ignore those kinds of reports bcuz most of the time they're just laughable, and the reporter having such a stick up their ass is often less "in line with site culture" than the thing they're complaining about. I also argued against the whole "don't quotelink OP" thing, and have told other staff not to be so aggressive with deleting "greentext" just because somebody used ">" instead of "-" - just as a few examples. Numerous times I've called out "n00b mods" or said "X didn't deserve to be deleted" on here or in private, so I'm not really sure what to say to you regarding those claims

Regarding teh Chat, it was originally set up because somebody wanted to run a TRPG, but that never ended up happening and instead a handful of users (including myself) began using it regularly for random mindless discussion. I don't think it's fair to call it dicksword-like since it's straight out of the 90s (in fact Ayashij World started out as one of these in 96-97), there's no registration or ghey stuff liek voice chat, and it follows the exact same rules as the rest of Heyuri - but if ur not into chatting at all then I can see why u'd haet it

I don't "favor" anyone there just because they frequent it, just as I don't frown upon anyone just because they don't use it. For what it's worth, I was one of the minority of users who argued against the existence of a staff-owned-and-operated Heyuri dicksword (which was heavily used for chat and retarded site drama back in 2020) and wanted it to be baleeted or used purely for support/technical things. That's because it was off-site, wasn't something u could anonymously lurk without registration, and many aspects of dicksword and its culture make it uniquely prone to causing hueg drama

Similarly, did u know there was once plans for Heyuri to have a secret staff-only imageboard? In fact, it did briefly exist. Guess who staunchly argued against it and led to it's deletion (spoiler: it was me )
