all I can really say is that I would like for rule 8 to be clearer so that it's easier to determine what should or shouldn't be deleted.
sure, all the stuff that's explicitly stated there is cut and dry and easily pruned, but what about other content that has the same spirit as the stuff banned by R8? or what about words/phrases/pictures that are tangentially related to something in the previous categories, but aren't inherent R8 violations in themselves? (several recent threads here are made solely to ask if certain posts under this category are delete-able or not)

I don't agree with many of OP's points, but my opinion is that it'd probably be better for users and also easier for janitors (like myself) if rule 8 was expanded or revised for clarity's sake.
