I don't see the point in OP complaining about hyptheticals like Heyuri getting more popular. The danger is nu4chan discovering this place and spamming their western race war/culture war psychopathy here or the loli content on /b/ attracting MAP advocates and CP fappers who begin inviting their friends. "internet is serious business" isn't a philosophy its just a saying and rule 7 is fine as it is. "no moralfagging" is vague and "no politics" is useless because it will get discussed at some point. As long as people are civil and don't break rules it should be fine.
