I don't know much about s4s radio but you really don't need to worry about bringing in the rule breakers, only good users would be able to stay here.

I trust your genuine interest in heyuri if you are working on this, but the greatest way to help Heyuri is maeking OC and bringing new users, which you are already doing now.
