Really, not banning you is what would be unreasonable

Noone ever gets banned for "no reason". To get banned for that long, you must have deliberately done something worse than accidentally breaking Rule 8
We don't actually expect you or anyone else who gets banned for such long periods to wait out their ban, instead, such long bans are just another way to say "GTFO!!1". Kokonotsuba doesn't have a permanent ban option at ban panel, so we give out years-long bans instead
